FIDELITY POINTS is an extremely simple mechanism by which you can enjoy discounts on every purchase you make. In the following lines we will briefly explain how it works.
How do Fidelity Points work ?
For each purchase on our site you earn Fidelity Points according to the following rule: 3 fidelity points for every 100 euros spent. For example, if your total invoice is 500 €, then you will get 15 points. The points are rounded to the nearest integer, so you will get 15 points for a 540 € invoice, but 16 points for a 560 € invoice.
The points can be used to get discounts on the following purchases, according to this rule: 1 point equals 1 € (for example: if you have 15 points and you use them, your invoice will drop 15 euros). After each purchase in which you redeem points, the number of points used will be deducted from your customer account. If not used, the points accrue after each purchase and you can use them at any time. From your client account you can easily see the number of Fidelity Points you have.
The more you buy the less you pay !
Customers whose bills exceed a total of 3.000 € over time are considered Silver Clients. For these customers, after each purchase on our site, the points received for that order will be doubled by a site administrator and added to their Fidelity Points balance (for example, if you are a Silver Client and you have received 25 points for your purchase, a site administrator will add another 25 points to your points balance).
Customers whose bills exceed a total of 10.000 € over time are considered Gold Clients. For these customers, after each purchase on our site, the points received for that purchase will be tripled by a site administrator and added to their Fidelity Points balance (for example, if you are a Gold Client and you have received 25 points for your purchase, a site administrator will add another 50 points to your points balance).
