Nothing is easier than order on-line.
If you do not have an account yet, you can create one for free. If you need help, click HERE. If you already have an account, before adding products in the Cart, LOG IN. If you are already logged in, we can start!
Add a product in the Cart.
On the FF. Mid-Century Design website, you can add products to your Shopping Cart directly from the Product Gallery of our on-line shop, by simply clicking on the symbol Add to Cart which appear on every product.
If you wish to find out more details on the product, you can always open the Product Page and add it to Shopping Cart within it. Contrary to quick adding, here you can modify the number of products that you wish to order, too.
If you are not ready to buy the product yet (or if it is no longer available in stock), you can add it to Wish List, in order to find it more easily when you decide (or when it is available again).
After adding all the products you wish to purchase to Shopping Cart you just have to click on Checkout, in Shopping Cart menu.
Finalise the order.
Right after clicking on Finalise Order, you will be redirected to a new page.
Here, you will see again the list of the products ordered, the amounts and you will be able to check the total value to pay.
If everything is OK, you just have to choose the preferred delivery method.
NOTE! Free Delivery is an option which appears only for a minimum order. For details, please read the page on Payment and delivery of products. In case you choose a delivery method which implies expenses, the fee will be added to Total to pay.
Finally, you have to choose the preferred payment method, to accept the FF. Mid-Century Design Terms and Conditions and to click on Place the Order.
After finalising the order.
After clicking on Place the Order, you will be redirected to a new page within your Client Account. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation on the email address provided.
Both on this page and in the email that you will receive, you have all the details regarding the order sent to us. It is important to know that if you chose Payment through Bank Transfer, you have to use the order number as reference when you make the payment. You will find the reference number both in the email and on View Order Page, left upper corner.
On your Customer Account you can always see again the order details, its status (if it was already processed or not), as well as the history of previous orders.
